What makes Replicated Grass better performing and safer?
Unlike the original artificial turf introduced over fifty years ago, Replicated Grass provides significantly better energy absorption to make it much safer from impact and the likelihood of concussion. It’s also more durable, more comfortable, and more eco-friendly. Our Terrasport™ infill material is 100% eco-safe and recyclable – no SBR crumb rubber made from old car and truck tires that contain toxic and carcinogenic materials.
Unlike traditional artificial turf installations that utilize a stone base with sparsely-woven turf and a lot of SBR rubber to help offset poor shock absorption, our advanced, proprietary synthetic turf system features an industry-leading shock attenuation pad that offers substantially improved shock absorption. In fact, GMAX tests to determine surface hardness of our synthetic turf consistently score values under 75 – well below the accepted industry standard of 165.

Replicated Grass Turf
Replicated Grass synthetic turf is an innovative, multi-layer system using the most technologically-advanced, integrated components to deliver superior performance, greater safety, and longer life. Replicated Grass is a 50/50 blend of arched monofilament and slit film that provides the strongest turf bind for extended turf life and durability. Our monofilament fibers are known for their minimal lay-over, softness, and natural grass appearance and ball response.
Organic Plant Based Infill
The infill material used is 100% ecosafe, no SBR crumb rubber, and shown to reduce surface temperatures by 35 degrees or more. In fact, one of our infill components is EPA-approved for water filtration, so the water that drains through our synthetic turf system actually comes out cleaner than when it hits the surface.
Naturally Occurring Mineral
Naturally Occurring Mineral that serves as a Purifying Agent: Terrasport™ Infill is 100% eco-safe and recyclable, without the abrasiveness and toxic components of traditional SBT crumb rubber. As a result, there is much less friction and fiber wear-and-tear, as well as minimal infill migration and no fly-out.
